I highly recommend Norcross Transmission. I had an serious issue with my Tahoe transmission and after Jim and his staff found it needed a full replacement I was given multiple options available to me with no pressure on what option to pick but guidance on each for the replacement. After the replacement my car runs perfectly and very happy with the results. Thank you for providing such great service.

Customer service was phenomenal. Just like all the ratings have stated, the gentleman in the front was very honest. They were very thorough in their assessment of my vehicle. I highly recommend going here for anything transmission related.

I have been using Norcross Transmissions for many years. I have found them to be very honest and easy to work with. I just took my truck by because it was shifting rough. Jim tested it and said it has a defective transmission. Ford has a technical service bulletin out that covers the problem. I told Jim the truck was out of warranty. He sent me a copy of the bulletin. He recommended contacting Gwinnett Place Ford, give them the TSB number and ask them if there is anything they could do. I did contact them and they said they would take care of it. Jim did not even charge me anything for testing it. He was more concerned about helping a client than making a repair. That is the reason they have been in business so long. I will recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop. Thanks again Jim.

Absolutely amazing service. I dropped off my 10 speed f-150 to get a new transmission put in. They did a great job! It runs and drives great now! Jim was very responsive whenever I called and he would periodically reach out to let me know updates on my truck. 10/10 experience!

I had a great experience with these folks! Their whole family is in the transmission business. They did a diagnostic test on my transmission and because my van would not go on their lift they did not charge me a penny. Just shows you how honest these folks are. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU COME SEE THESE HONEST AND HIGH ACCOUNTS NTEGRITY PEOPLE at Norcross Transmission. Shout out to Jim Kitchens, he’s the person in the photo and performed my inspection.
